Learning Commons
If you had the chance to give the Learning Commons a name that reflects MidSun, what would you call it? We are looking for a name for the Learning Commons and would love to tie the name to finding a mascot for the school. AS our school is housed in a lake community, what would tie us all together? Ms. Luelo wants to name it “The Swamp”!  Can you believe MidSun has been around for 25 years with no mascot? Look for a chance to enter the contest next week.

Where were you born? Place a pin and mark your spot on the map in the Learning Commons to share the places from all over the world where our students have been born.

From School Council

Our next School Council Meeting is on Tuesday, November 26 @ 6:30- 8:00 pm in the Learning Commons. All parents are welcome to attend our monthly meetings. This is a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other parents to make a positive impact on the education and experience of our students.

Why Attend School Council Meetings?

  • Have a Voice: Share your ideas and feedback to help shape the future of our school.
  • Be Involved: Participate in important decisions and initiatives that affect our students, staff, and community.
  • Support Our Students: Your insights and involvement help create a better learning environment for all children.

How to Get Involved: We meet once a month and welcome parents with all levels of experience. Whether you're new to MidSun School or have been a part of our community for years, your contribution is valuable!

Please contact us at MidSunSchoolCouncil@gmail.com for more information or simply attend our meetings to share and participate in growing our community and opportunities for students.
